Are your items ready made, in stock or custom orders?
The Gotcha Alive is held in stock unless otherwise noted on the product page. The system has a height adjustable belt (2 inches wide), 45 mm Chest adjustable belt which also includes an adjustable side release stainless steel buckle. The Gotcha Alive is designed to be suitable for everyone.
The only limitation is weight. If the product will be used for someone with a weight of more than 220 pounds then you will need to contact us to make a custom order.
Fittings for the Gotcha Alive are designed for stone and dry wall as standard. If you want to fit the device to a brick wall then you will need to make us aware of this so we can send the appropriate fittings.

The material list and specifications of the Gotcha Alive device are as follows:
The product consists of a wall bracket, links, Shock absorber (made of polypropylene, natural, and synthetic rubber), Alarm system (includes one 9 volt battery which is reliable, and accessible) which emits 3 beeps at 85 decibels when activated (the international signal for emergency help). Height adjustable belt (2 inches wide), 45 mm Chest adjustable belt (includes an adjustable side release stainless steel buckle). All metals including the screws are made of stainless steel 304 (resistant to all detergents, water, mold, rust, and household chemicals). All webbing is made of polypropylene (also resistant to water, UV, household chemicals, detergents, and mold). All other buckles are made of nylon. The breaking point of the whole system at the weakest link is 800 pounds.
How fast do you ship after an order is received?
Within 24 hours, most of the time the same day. Shipping days are Monday through Friday, as those are the days our carriers are operating.
Do you offer free shipping? shipping costs are included free for a limited time, free shipping and handling for a limited time.
For a limited time we are offering free shipping and handling for US mainlaind residents. Please contact us to enquire about overseas shipping charges.

How long does it take to receive an item?
Items should be received within a 7-10 day period. All items are shipped with a third party carrier (UPS), therefore exact estimates cannot be provided.
What is your return/exchange policy?
US residents can return unused products to us after paying a 15% service fee. We also offer a limited one year warranty.
For those residing outside the US it is not currently possible to return the product.
Do you give group discounts?
Yes we do. On orders of 10 or more for organizations such as nursing homes. Please contact us for more information.
